-We hand pack materials and ship them. No dropshipping here.

03 — Our Shipping Policy.

All orders ship within 2-3 business days (not Friday-Sunday) unless otherwise specified. All tracking numbers will be issued on the same day as shipping. Example: If you order on Friday, your order will ship at the earliest on Tuesday and the latest on Wednesday.

04 — Our return policy.

Unopened Office Treats electronics products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your order number and the tracking number for the shipment service you select. Items must be returned to the following address unopened and unused.
